The design and construction of the silo to store grains have to be according to the need of each product. When the buyer contacts us, he explains his projects, then we give our opinion in case he is interested, then the budget is prepared with the requested, once approved it begins with the factory construction that can take at least 30 days in simple projects and 60 to 90 in large projects, after that process all parts are sent with the assembly plan, if the client requests it, our operators and engineers travel to perform the installation directly. The client can also request a visit from an engineer as a consultant so that he can carry out the planning at the installation site of the silos plant, taking references directly and projecting the best for the development of the project. This consulting system has a cost that can vary according to the situation that arises.
Only high quality.
What we have to clarify is that we guarantee all the silos that we manufacture for 20 years, that is why we do not work with any second material, only galvanized sheet for the silo body from 2mm onwards and for 2.5 mm cones . We do not take work on orders with less quality than the one described above. Each piece that composes our structures are fully worked in our workshops without outsourcing any metalworking process. This clarification is necessary because in some specific cases of clients requesting lower quality to reduce material costs. All the work of cutting in Angulo, perforation are realized in automatic machines of CNC, for a perfect finishing and framing with the pieces. All the works to make the corrugated sheets are made with our own automatic machinery including rolling, perforated guaranteeing the perfect fit and sealing between each piece that composes the silo. No piece has to be retouched or relocated by the assembly officer at the time of assembly and every sister perfectly.
